If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves.

• To create and secure your account, and to communicate with you about it (e.g. password resets, verification emails)
• To run the retirement and tax calculations you request
• To detect fraud or resolve payment disputes — IP address history may be used as supporting evidence if a dispute arises
• To improve the product

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data storage

Your account and plan data are stored in a secured cloud database. Reasonable technical safeguards are in place, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your choices

You can review and update your name, email, and phone number at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at taxwiseretire@gmail.com.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions
• Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics for this marketing site
